Founder and Editor-in-Chief 
Stefanie Lemcke

A successful entrepreneur and Principal at Quantum Media, Stefanie has assisted numerous companies with market entry and digital strategies. She has worked with leading U.S. and European media and technology companies as well as start ups, advising them on relevant digital trends, business development and strategic partnerships. Prior to moving to New York in 2005, Stefanie worked as an executive in the European media industry for companies including Sony Music, Walt Disney, and Sky (Germany), and as an Entertainment lawyer in Munich, Germany. Stefanie holds a PhD in law and completed an M.B.A.; she speaks five languages and frequently speaks at international media and technology conferences. 


Founder 
Marc Lemcke

Marc co-founded and sold one of the leading international corporate communications consultancies, CNC Communications. Based in NYC since 2005, he has been advising major international companies, foundations, and organizations such as the UNFPA. Prior to founding CNC, Marc worked in various positions at DaimlerChrysler, including the CEO’s planning staff, corporate strategy, and corporate communications. He studied Japanese studies and business administration and worked as an aid to the former Japanese Minister of Economic Planning, Tetsuo Kondo. Marc is a Sulzberger Fellow at Columbia University.


Visa Program Director
Inge Orth

Inge Orth originally came to the United States with the German Foreign Service in 1974. For eight years, she was the Head of the Office for the Permanent Representative of the Federal Republic of Germany to the United Nations. And for over 25 years, Ms Orth worked in the German American Chamber of Commerce in New York.

She has a degree as simultaneous interpreter with the specialty economics which she received from the Sprachen und Dolmetscher Institut in Munich. In addition, she has a B.S. in Computer Sciences from Baruch College.


Editor and Website Manager
Ashley Clark

Ashley Clark graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Linguistics and minor concentrations in English and Japanese. Originally from New Jersey, she lived in Tokyo for several years during which time she gained extensive experience in cross-cultural communication as well as teaching English to non-native speakers.

Ashley has many years of experience writing and editing for companies and websites based in both the U.S. and Japan. Previous to her work at New York International she worked with a network of advertising and tourism sites in the tri-state area as an SEO specialist and copywriter. She has designed and built websites for several NJ startups in addition to providing occasional web consulting services.

Kelsey Oliver

Kelsey Oliver graduated from Arcadia University with a BA in Print Communications and a minor in Political Science. Kelsey studied abroad twice in London, one semester at the University of Greenwich, and the other at Goldsmiths College. She later returned to live in England after graduating from Arcadia for a period of time in 2012 and once more in early 2013. 

Kelsey has experience in writing, editing, copywriting, public relations, and social media. Professionally, she has aided in the content management of a popular mobile application.
